Return and Refund Policy

We (Manda Design) sell physical and digital products. If your case concerns digital products, scroll to section two (2) for information on returns and refunds for digital products.

1 Physical Products
 

For physical products, the following sentences apply:
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

- The return address is set by default to the Printful facility (which is our (Manda Design's) partner for physical products). When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Manda Design and Manda Design will in most cases manually try to reach out to the customer. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
 

Wrong Address

If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to a Printful company facility. Manda Design will be liable for reshipment costs once Printful has confirmed an updated address with Manda Design (if and as applicable).
 

Unclaimed order


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to a Printful facility and Manda Design will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the customer (if and as applicable).

Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

If you are dissatisfied with the product you have 30 days from the estimated date of arrival to send a return withdrawal request by email to info@manda-design.com. Our customer service will reply to your email as soon as possible. Manda Design customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and will refund the purchase price of the product including shipping costs. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation by Printful to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

​The buyer agrees to comply with these conditions by buying a physical product from Manda Design.
 

2 Digital Products


Returns of Digital Products
 

What comes to digital products, due to the digital nature of the digital products, they cannot be returned after purchase. Digital products cannot be returned.

Refunds for Digital Products


Concerning digital products, due to the digital nature of the digital products, the digital products are NOT refundable. No digital products will be refunded.

Shipping Digital Products

​

Because the products are digital and do not require transport, no transport at all. Moreover, there are no transport costs for digital products.

The buyer agrees to comply with these conditions by buying a digital product from Manda Design.
